Data in transit and at rest
All traffic between your browser and ConnexaCopy is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Customer data at rest is encrypted using AES-256.
Authentication and access
Workspace logins support strong password requirements. Internal access to production systems is limited to authorized engineers and reviewed regularly.
Infrastructure
ConnexaCopy runs on reputable cloud infrastructure with managed network isolation, automated patching, and continuous monitoring.
Backups and resilience
Customer data is backed up on a regular schedule. Backups are encrypted and access-controlled.
Vulnerability reporting
Report suspected vulnerabilities to security@connexacopy.com. We acknowledge reports within one business day.
